Setting up your Premium Plus email in Microsoft Outlook Mobile
Follow this step-by-step guide to configure your Flexmail email account in the Outlook mobile app. This process typically takes 2-3 minutes.
Before You Start
- Download the Microsoft Outlook app from your device's app store if not already installed
- Have your full email address and password ready
- Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data
Step-by-Step Setup
Step 1: Open Outlook Mobile
- Launch the Microsoft Outlook app
- If this is your first account, tap Get Started
- If adding another account, tap your profile picture → Settings ⚙️ → Add Account
Step 2: Add Your Account
- Tap Add Email Account
- Enter your full email address
- Tap Continue
Step 3: Choose Account Type
- Outlook will try to detect your account type automatically
- When prompted, select IMAP (not Exchange or POP3)
- If auto-detection fails, tap Change account provider and select IMAP
Step 4: Enter Server Settings
Fill in your server configuration:

- Display Name: Your name (as it appears on sent emails)

- SMTP Password: Your email password
Step 5: Advanced Settings (If Available)
If Outlook shows advanced options:
- Authentication method: Normal password
- IMAP Path Prefix: Leave blank
- Use SSL: Yes (enabled)
- Accept all SSL certificates: Yes (if prompted)
Step 6: Complete Setup
- Tap Sign In or Add Account
- Outlook will test your connection
- Once successful, tap Done or Maybe Later for additional features
Step 7: Verify Setup
- Check your Inbox for existing emails
- Send a test email to yourself
- Verify you can both send and receive

smtp.emailarray.com - Most important: Check port is set to 465 (not 587)
- Ensure SSL is turned ON for outgoing mail
"Cannot Verify Server Identity" Warning
- This is normal for some email servers
- Tap Continue to proceed with setup
- Your email will still work securely
Can Receive But Can't Send
- Check outgoing server username is your full email address
- Verify outgoing port is 465
- Make sure outgoing password matches your email password
- Confirm SSL is enabled for outgoing mail
