Fixing Login, Saving or Slow Website Issues

Some users may experience unusual behaviour when accessing WordPress websites or the client portal. This can include being logged out unexpectedly, changes not saving, or being redirected back to the login screen.

This has occurred since services were moved behind Cloudflare and is usually caused by your computer still using outdated connection information.

Quick Fix

Refreshing your computer’s connection information normally resolves the issue immediately. Please follow the steps below for your device.

Windows

Step 1: Open Command Prompt

  • Click the Start button
  • Type Command Prompt
  • Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator

Step 2: Run the command below

ipconfig /flushdns

You should see a message confirming the DNS cache has been flushed.

Step 3: Try again

Close Command Prompt, refresh your browser, then log in again.

macOS

Step 1: Open Terminal

  • Open Finder, then go to Applications > Utilities > Terminal
  • Or press Command + Space, type Terminal, and press Enter

Step 2: Run the command below

sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

When prompted, enter your Mac password. You will not see the password as you type — this is normal.

Step 3: Try again

Close Terminal, refresh your browser, then log in again.

If the Issue Continues

  • Restart your browser
  • Try a private or incognito window
  • Disable any VPN temporarily
  • Restart your router

If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

Why This Happens

When websites are moved behind Cloudflare, the route your computer uses to reach them can change. Sometimes devices continue using outdated routing information, which can interfere with logins and sessions. Flushing the connection forces your computer to reconnect correctly.
