We are aware of an issue that started in October 2022 This issue affects the old legacy theme which is no longer in development and hasn't been supported for updates since June 2021. The issue allows documents to be created/uploaded and published but does not show them on the front end of the website.
NB. THIS ISSUE DOES NOT AFFECT NETWISE V2
We have contacted all our customers several times since December 2020 encouraging them to upgrade to our new V2 theme which has many benefits, not least that it is in continual development and offers major improvements relating to accessibility / security.
Most of our clients have now switched to V2 however those that haven't are now being affected by this issue. We'd urge you to consider an upgrade as soon as possible for continued security and compliance. Temporary Work Around
There is a work around to fix the issue with documents not displaying once published. If you add an ‘expiration date’ of sometime in the future, this allows the document to be viewed on the front end of the website.
