Inline with our ongoing security and performance improvements, we’ll be migrating to new, even more powerful servers next month.
As word spreads about NetWise, we’re fortunate and grateful to constantly be expanding the number of Council clients that we serve. To ensure that all websites continue to operate safely and quickly, we’ve arranged for new servers to replace our existing servers.
Data migration will take place in the background commencing on August 14th, this will not affect website or email services. On August 18th our data centre team will perform a final sync between 1:00am and 7:00am
Once the final sync has completed, we will switch the IP address from our existing servers to the new ones. We expect downtime to be less than 30 minutes.

NB - this affects only live websites, websites in development are hosted on different servers and will not be affected by these upgrades.
