Whilst details are still unclear, we note that the University are urging users to be vigilant about phishing emails. You can read more about phishing emails here

We urge all clients to encourage members to review their passwords both for email and website access. Ideally a passwords should be unique. The NCSC suggest combining three random words. We’d also suggest a mixture of upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol.
